To all our valued friends and clients,
Here at Stone Age Landscaping LLC we wanted to reach out and keep everyone up to date on the new rules the governor has put in place and how it pertains to our industry.
At this time, we have been deemed essential for residential or commercial maintenance and drainage installations. Section 11 of the Empire State Development guidance of Executive Order 202.6 states any “essential services necessary to maintain the safety, sanitation and essential operations of residences or other businesses” may be performed. This means we will continue to provide all our clients with their regular property maintenance and mowing services to begin our season. In contrast, our landscape and hardscape projects are on “pause” as they have been deemed non-essential with other construction business throughout the state. We will continue to reach out to all new and existing clients regarding your services and projects this season. Be assured the minute we are given the green light, our company will be out in full force to take care of all your remaining landscape needs.
We will be periodically in the office, out checking properties, designing and preparing for all projects, however, our design and delivery center is closed to clients for the time being. We are still available for material deliveries, which can be completed via email or phone anytime. Also, if you are looking for a new service or project, please leave us a detailed message or email and we will get back to you ASAP. We are not able to meet face to face but will do everything we can to get all your information and get you a quote as soon as possible.
During this time, our personnel will be following new CDC regulations and other protocols put forward by our industry to ensure safety. These will include, but not be limited to social distancing, new disinfecting and sanitizing practices, quarantining as needed and monitoring employees temperatures to be sure our company and your families are safe. We will also be reaching out to all clients to keep lines of communication open, so our community feels comfortable working with us.
Thank you all for your understanding during these trying times. We will all bounce back from this and be better for it in the future. If you need anything we are available to you. Please be safe, stay strong and stay home as much as you can. The sooner we all do our part, the sooner this will be over for all of us.
Thank you from Neil, Tony and the whole Stone Age Team
